// 01 · the gap nobody names

Capacity Ceiling = Revenue Ceiling.

Most business owners using AI right now are spending more time on it, not less.

They prompt, rewrite, re-prompt, and still do the work themselves.

If you run a service business, you run on this equation:

Revenue = [Your Hours] × Performance Rate.

Hit your hours cap and you hit your revenue cap.

Take on a new client and you lose a Saturday, because "work harder" doesn't break the math.

It just redistributes the time you don't have.

AI was supposed to fix it, and for most people it hasn't.

You got faster at writing emails and you still ran out of hours, because speed was never the variable that needed swapping.

AI Employees swap the variable.

Revenue = [AI Employees] × Performance Rate.

When the AI Employee does the work, your hours stop being the cap.

New client? Load a config, not a Saturday.

the real unlock

The tools aren't the problem. The Skill System they haven't built yet is.

The business owners pulling ahead aren't using better tools than everyone else. They built a Skill System that loads their IP automatically, so the AI runs their actual process instead of guessing at it.

You have access to the same model. What they built that you haven't is the Skill System.

same model · no skill system

24%

vs

same model · with skill system

70–92%

Most people only look at the output. They miss the three things that determine whether that output is any good:

├─

A map of the business so you know where to build first.

├─

Documented IP so the AI has the material to work from.

└─

A Skill System that chains it together and runs the pipeline.

Without those three, you get 24%. With them, you get what Kieran got.

2026 is when the gap separates into something permanent. The ones who built a Skill System already have a year of compounded output stacked. The ones still rewriting AI drafts every morning are exactly where they were.

// 02 · the proof

How Kieran cut 40 hours of reporting to 10 minutes per client.

before · per client

40 hrs

monthly financial reporting, per client

after · per client

AI Employee handles reporting execution

capacity unlocked

7 → 15

clients · $30K → $52K a month · zero new hires

Kieran is a fractional CFO who had seven clients. Each one needed monthly financial reporting and that reporting took him 40 hours a month, per client.

Not 40 hours total. 40 hours per client.

His calendar was full so he couldn't take on more clients. His time was the ceiling on his revenue.

So he built a Skill System. Not a template. Not a prompt he saved somewhere. A Skill System loaded with his process, his frameworks, the specific way he reads a balance sheet and translates it into something a CEO can act on.

Same Kieran. More output. His AI Employee handled the reporting execution and he put the freed hours into onboarding new clients.

the kieran case

A fractional CFO who cut 40 hours of monthly reporting per client down to 10 minutes, doubled his client count, and added zero new hires. This workshop closes the same gap.

// 03 · the four calls

How the install runs across four calls.

01.

wednesday june 3 · 10am est

MAP — You leave with a target.

Most business owners trying to use AI end up with a pile of one-off tasks and no clear build order. Call 1 fixes that.

We install the AI Employee Builder System on Claude Code, then run a Business X-Ray on your actual business. You identify the specific workflow that gets an AI Employee first. Not "I should automate something someday." A named workflow, a clear entry point, and an exact build order.

02.

thursday june 4 · 10am est

BUILD — The step most people skip.

A Skill System chains specialized skills together so they run an end-to-end workflow in your business without you guiding every step. We build yours loaded with your SOPs and Digital Assets so it does 80% of the execution work.

The methodology in your head, the frameworks you use without thinking, the SOPs nobody ever wrote down. Call 2 pulls all of that out, structures it, and loads it into a format your AI Employee can actually read every time it runs.

03.

wednesday june 10 · 10am est

CONNECT — One connected system.

Documenting your IP is step one. Having an AI Employee that actually runs on it is the step most people never reach. Call 3 is where we wire them together so your workflow, your documented IP, and your first end-to-end pipeline run as one connected system.

No code. You describe your process, we install the skill chain that runs it. By the end of Call 3, the AI Employee is doing the work instead of you describing what work needs doing.

04.

thursday june 11 · 10am est

SHIP — The workflow just runs.

Call 4 is where the installation goes live. You test it, refine it, and ship it. By the time you close your laptop after Call 4, you have an AI Employee handling a real part of your business. Not a demo, not a prototype. Something actually running.

The output it produces on Call 4 is the first output your AI Employee produces on its own. And because the Skill System is built on your IP, it sounds like you produced it.

// 04 · what you get

What you get for 3 months.

When you join, you walk away with more than the workshop. You get the on-ramp to get up to speed, the toolkit to keep building AI Employees, and the support to actually do it.

~/skills/ai-employee-builder-system/

├─

Access to the Chief Leverage Officer Course Portal

the on-ramp

A library of self-paced courses so you walk into Call 1 already up to speed. No catch-up required. Claude Code 101, Business X-Ray, Meta Skill, and the Roadmap from your first AI Employee to a fully running Skill System.

├─

3 Months of AI Employee Builder Plugin Access

the toolkit

The plugin that gives you the Skill Creator, Agent Builder, and Hook Builder. The same toolkit Rashid uses to build Skill Systems in his own business. After the workshop ends, you keep building more AI Employees on your own because the plugin stays with you for the full quarter.

└─

3 Months of Community Access + Weekly Group Calls

the support

A weekly group call where you can ask questions, show what you're building, and get unstuck. Plus ongoing support in the community between calls. Rashid is in there answering questions and so is everyone else building the same thing.

// 05 · the shift, side by side

When AI Employees do the execution work, this is what changes.

before

after

Generic AI output you rewrite for 20 minutes per task

Skill System loaded with your IP. 5-minute review, ship it.

More clients = more hours. Calendar fills, growth stops.

AI Employee handles the delivery work. Revenue grows, hours stay flat.

"Set up AI properly" sits on the to-do list for 6 months

2-week sprint. Working AI Employee by end of Week 2.

Pay a contractor every month for execution work

The Skill System runs the execution work instead.

// 06 · who this is for

Who this is built for, and who should skip it.

this is for you if

You've been watching AI content for months and haven't built anything that actually runs your business.

You already use Claude but the outputs are generic and you're still rewriting everything yourself.

You run a service business with repeatable workflows (consulting, agency, fractional work, coaching) and you want AI handling the execution, not just helping you draft things.

You're serious about building a Skill System, not just experimenting with prompts.

You're on Claude Code or willing to use it. The whole workshop runs on it.

this is not for you if

You want someone else to build it for you. This is a live build-along. You're the one building. Rashid builds alongside you, not instead of you.

You're not willing to document how you work. Call 2 surfaces your frameworks, SOPs, and methodology. If you won't put that on paper, the skill system has nothing to run on.

You expect an immediate clone of yourself. An AI Employee needs time to absorb your taste and judgment. It won't produce work exactly like you from day one.

Your offer or service is still being figured out. If the IP isn't stable yet, there's nothing to encode. You need at least one repeatable workflow before this is useful.

You're committed to a different AI ecosystem. The entire workshop runs on Claude Code. The systems built here don't transfer to other tools.

// 07 · what it costs

$397 per quarter.

ai employee builder system

$397

per quarter

That covers the AI Employee Builder plugin, the 4 live calls, CLO Courses, and community access for 3 months. You're not paying for a course you'll finish someday. You're paying to have an AI Employee running in your business by Week 2.

Four live calls — MAP, BUILD, CONNECT, SHIP — over two weeks

3 months of AI Employee Builder Plugin access — Skill Creator, Agent Builder, Hook Builder

Chief Leverage Officer Course Portal — Claude Code 101, Business X-Ray, Meta Skill, Roadmap

Weekly group calls + community access for the full quarter

Cancel anytime. AI Employees you build stay in your business.

Install the AI Employee Builder System · $397

for context

Kieran's first AI Employee freed up 30 hours of reporting time per client. At a fractional CFO rate, that's roughly $22,000 a month in recovered capacity, so about $264,000 a year. From one Skill System. One extra client a month at your current rate probably covers this for the year.

optional · the full library upgrade

As a customer, you can upgrade to the Chief Leverage Officer's Community ($850/quarter) for the full skill library — The Write Skill, the 1-to-Many Content Engine, the Campaign Blueprint Creator, the YouTube Content System, plus first access to every new AI Employee Rashid builds. Available only to people on the AI Employee Builder plugin. Upgrade anytime after joining.

// 08 · questions

Now some questions you might have.

What exactly do I get?

Four live calls over two weeks, the AI Employee Builder Plugin subscription with the full skill-building toolkit, community access between calls, and a working AI Employee built during the sprint. By Call 4, you have an AI Employee running in your actual business. Not a plan for one. The thing itself, live in your workflow and handling real work.

How does this work?

You join four live calls. Each call has a specific job: Call 1 maps your business, Call 2 documents your IP, Call 3 builds the skill chain, Call 4 tests and ships. Between calls you have community access. You do the work during the calls, not as homework after them.

When does it start?

Doors close June 1, 2026. Workshop runs over 2 weeks. Call 1 — MAP: Wednesday June 3 · 10AM EST. Call 2 — BUILD: Thursday June 4 · 10AM EST. Call 3 — CONNECT: Wednesday June 10 · 10AM EST. Call 4 — SHIP: Thursday June 11 · 10AM EST. All calls live. Both weeks structured so you're building, not just watching.

Can I cancel?

Yes. It's a 3-month subscription, billed every quarter. You can cancel anytime. If you cancel, your AI Employee Builder license expires at the end of the current quarter and you lose access to the plugin. The AI Employees you've already built stay in your business, but you won't be able to build new ones through the plugin after cancellation. Most people stay because the second and third AI Employees are where the output actually starts compounding.

"I've tried AI already and the output isn't good enough for what I do."

Two people, same kitchen, same ingredients. One produces a restaurant meal. The other burns it. Is the kitchen the problem? SkillsBench tested it directly. Same model with raw prompts got 24% accuracy. Same model with a skill system loaded with the user's IP got 70-92%. The AI didn't change. The Skill System built on top of it did. You haven't tested AI with a skill system yet.

"I'll just wait until AI gets better."

If your competitor opened a better restaurant while you waited for a newer oven, what happens to your market share? A Skill System isn't locked to any one model. When a better one comes out, you swap it in and your whole system gets the upgrade immediately. Every quarter you wait, someone with a skill system banks another quarter of compounded output you don't.

"I don't know how to code. This sounds technical."

When you hired your last contractor, did you need to know how to do their job to direct them? You describe your process and Claude structures the skill. No code. Kieran is a fractional CFO, not an engineer. He built his system during a sprint like this one.

"My business is too complex for AI."

Hospitals run on checklists because surgery is too important to leave to memory. Skill systems actually handle complex businesses better because documented IP exists specifically to carry nuance that a generic prompt can't hold. Call 1 maps your specific complexity first, so you don't start building until you know where to build.

"I don't really have documented IP."

Does a chef wait 20 years to write down their recipes? Or do they write down what they know now so the kitchen runs consistently? Your current process IS the IP. Call 2 pulls what's already in your head and structures it. If you serve clients and get results, you have methodology. You just haven't written it down yet.

"If I automate this, my clients will feel it."

When a top hotel concierge knows your name and your preferences from a system, do you feel less cared for? Or more? Kieran now serves 15 clients with the same attention he gave 7. Your clients hired your thinking, not the hours you spent producing the report. When the execution moves to AI, what comes through is all the personal touch, none of the grunt work.

"I can figure this out from YouTube."

Could you learn to drive from videos? Or did you need to be in the car? How many hours have you watched so far? What have you actually built? YouTube shows you the map. The sprint puts you in the car.

"I need to sort my business out first. It's too messy to automate right now."

If your house is cluttered, would you organize it first and then set up the filing system? Or is the filing system how you get organized? Call 1's Business X-Ray IS the sorting. You don't need to have it figured out first. You need to be willing to map what exists.

// 09 · why now

Doors close June 1. First call is Wednesday June 3.

The business owners building Skill Systems right now will compound 6-12 months of output before everyone else even starts.

Every week you run without a Skill System, your AI handles one task at a time while someone else's runs a full workflow you haven't started yet.

Install the AI Employee Builder System in your business in 4 live calls. Walk out with the first one already running.
